A cushion is a pattern problem
Anyone can sew a rectangle. A cushion that fits a bay window seat, a curved banquette, or a boat bench is a template problem - and templates are what a real workroom does. We measure or template on site, cut the foam to shape, and sew a boxed cover with welt, zipper, and grain matched across the seam.
Fill matters as much as fabric: high-density foam for seating that holds shape, wrapped foam for a softer edge, quick-dry foam and marine-grade fabrics for anything that lives outdoors in South Florida.

Do you template on site?
For anything shaped - window seats, curved banquettes, boats - yes. Straight rectangles we can do from measurements.
What fabric is best outdoors?
Solution-dyed performance weaves with quick-dry foam. We will tell you honestly which fabrics survive a South Florida summer.
Can you replace just the foam?
Yes - if the covers are still good, we can re-core them, or make new covers over your existing foam.
How long does it take?
Usually 2-4 weeks depending on fabric and templating.
