What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround for our custom blinds, curtains, and drapery installations is typically 3 to 4 weeks. This may vary with the availability of selected fabrics, specialty materials, or the complexity of your project. We keep you updated through design, production, and installation.
What happens during the estimate appointment?
One of our experienced specialists, David or Alexander, takes precise window measurements, presents a curated selection of premium fabrics, blinds, and shade samples tailored to your style and needs, then sends a detailed quote, often the same day.
What types of window treatments do you offer?
Custom curtains, draperies, and luxury window coverings: zebra shades, dual-layer shades, solar shades, blackout curtains, translucent drapes, and energy-efficient honeycomb shades, plus motorized blinds and shades and timeless pleated draperies.

Who handles the installation?
All installations are performed exclusively by our in-house team, never outsourced. In many cases, the same specialist who conducted your consultation also performs the installation for a personalized, start-to-finish service.
What brands do you carry?
We work with the industry's top brands for custom blinds, shades, curtains, and motorized window treatments, including Lutron, Somfy, Crestron, Coulisse, and Persienne Design, recognized for durability, performance, and innovation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 30% deposit confirms your order after project approval; the remaining balance is due upon installation completion. This lets us begin fabric sourcing, scheduling, and customization immediately.
Do you offer warranties?
Three separate things, and all of them come in writing with every quote. Manufacturer parts warranties: Somfy covers its motors and controls for 5 years; Lutron covers its shade systems for 8 years (full replacement-parts credit through year 5, 50% in years 6 to 8; keypads and interfaces 1 year); Mermet and Phifer cover interior fabrics for 10 years (Phifer Infinity and the 7000 series, 5 years). None of those manufacturer warranties covers on-site labour. Our own commitment: on work we install ourselves, Exotic covers the installation for 5 years. Your custom window treatments should perform flawlessly for years to come.
How long does installation take?
About 30 minutes per window on average, depending on design and complexity. A typical home is completed in just a few hours by our certified installers.
