What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround for custom blinds, curtains, and drapery installations is typically 3 to 4 weeks, varying with fabric availability and project complexity. We keep you updated through design, production, and installation.
What happens during the free consultation?
One of our specialists takes precise window measurements, presents curated fabric, blind, and shade samples in your own light, and sends a detailed quote - often the same day. One free hour that routinely saves owners thousands in avoidable mistakes.
What types of window treatments do you offer?
Custom curtains, draperies, and luxury coverings: zebra shades, dual-layer shades, solar shades, blackout curtains, translucent drapes, honeycomb shades, motorized blinds and shades, and pleated draperies - fabricated in our own South Florida workroom.
What areas do you serve?
Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties: Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Hollywood, Hallandale, Pompano Beach, Sunny Isles, and Miami.
Who handles the installation?
All installations are performed exclusively by our in-house certified team, never outsourced. In many cases the specialist who did your consultation also performs the installation.
Which brands and systems do you install?
Lutron, Somfy, Crestron, Coulisse, and Persienne Design - we are a certified Lutron dealer, Crestron certified, Somfy Expert, and SDN Specialist, and integrate with Control4 and Savant.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 30% deposit confirms your order after project approval; the balance is due on installation completion.
Do you offer warranties?
Three separate things, and all of them come in writing with every quote. Manufacturer parts warranties: Somfy covers its motors and controls for 5 years; Lutron covers its shade systems for 8 years (full replacement-parts credit through year 5, 50% in years 6 to 8; keypads and interfaces 1 year); Mermet and Phifer cover interior fabrics for 10 years (Phifer Infinity and the 7000 series, 5 years). None of those manufacturer warranties covers on-site labour. Our own commitment: on work we install ourselves, Exotic covers the installation for 5 years.
How long does installation take?
About 30 minutes per window on average - a typical home is completed in a few hours by our certified installers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, major credit cards, Zelle, bank transfers, and personal or business checks.
