Building approvals, handled
Condo boards, HOAs and property managers ask for paperwork before treatments go in - certificates of insurance, elevator reservations, product specifications, installation methods. We prepare the package and work the approval with the building so your project is not stuck in a manager's inbox.
Volume terms
The published trade discount is 10% on all purchases. On multi-unit and multi-project volume, better terms are available - quoted per program, in writing, when we see the scope.
