Yes - it's one of our most common calls. We take over orphaned Lutron systems: diagnose, repair, reprogram, and stay on as the ongoing service point.
My shade stopped responding - common causes?
In order: a depleted battery, a remote or keypad that lost pairing, a hub that dropped off the network after an internet change, and - more rarely - a motor or limit fault. Most are resolved in one visit.
Do you replace shade batteries?
Yes - with calibration verified afterward, so alignment and limits survive the change. Wire-free Lutron shades typically run years per set.
Can you reprogram scenes and keypads?
Completely - Pico, Palladiom keypads, the app, schedules and scenes across Caseta, RadioRA 3, and HomeWorks, with your integrator where one is involved.

Do you repair Lutron shades that another company installed?
Yes - this is one of the most common calls we get. If your original installer has disappeared, retired, or won't return calls, our certified technicians can take over the system: diagnose it, repair it, reprogram it, and become its ongoing service point.
