What window treatments cost at Una, by floor plan
Every Una residence looks at Biscayne Bay through curved floor-to-ceiling glass, and the first question owners ask is what it costs to cover it. We answered it ahead of time. We took the glazed openings of six Una plans, the five residence lines from level 19 up and the North East Penthouse, from the opening widths behind our July and August 2026 Una quotes, priced every opening through the same engine that produces our written quotes, and published the result. No form, no callback.
Across the six plans, a complete set of motorized Somfy Sonesse shades runs from $14,865.95 for the four-bedroom North East Residence (10 motorized openings) to $34,153.26 for the North East Penthouse (22 openings). The same openings built on Lutron Sivoia QS run $24,449.18 to $56,169.92. Optional sheer curtains add $95 per linear foot on a manual track. Installation by our own team is in every figure; tax and delivery are not.

Budgetary planning figures from our own quote engine, September 2026, on the opening widths behind our July and August 2026 Una quotes. The figures price a 120 in shade drop; Una's ceilings run taller than that, so the working number follows the pocket detail at a free field measure in your unit, where as-built columns, curves and sill depths are confirmed as well. An opening wider than 144 in is priced as two coupled shades that rise together. Wiring costs $500 per residence when required. The South East Penthouse and the two Upper Penthouses are quoted individually; send us your plan. Other exclusions and optional upgrades are listed below. About a month from measure to finished install. If you want the shades up the day you move in, we need the measure roughly a month before that, which usually means a pre-closing walkthrough. Measure at possession instead and plan on bare glass for the first few weeks.
