What does not change is everything around the motor. The drapery is still cut and sewn in our own South Florida workroom, the track is still measured to your opening and bent if the architecture calls for it, and it is still installed and programmed by our own certified team - never subcontracted.

Is it as good as Somfy?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Somfy Glydea and Irismo carry more weight, run quieter, and integrate more deeply. Essential is the right answer when a project does not need those things - and the wrong answer when it does.
Why offer it at all?
Because a whole house of premium motors prices some clients out of automation entirely. Three tiers means the budget goes where it matters - premium tracks in the main rooms, Essential in the secondary ones.
Can I mix tiers in one home?
Yes, and many clients do. We plan controls so the experience feels consistent room to room.
Who services it?
We do. Everything we install, we service - including systems we did not install.
Can it be app-controlled?
Depending on configuration, yes - remote, wall control and app options are available. We confirm the control path per project before quoting.
Will it hold my drapery?
We calculate the weight of your actual fabric and lining first. If it is beyond the Essential motor, we say so and quote the correct tier instead.
