Palladiom on every window, couture on every track
Twelve thousand square feet of oceanfront living, dressed as one continuous design. Every window in the residence runs Lutron Palladiom, the architectural flagship whose hand-finished hardware is meant to be seen, and every drapery glides on customized Lutron drapery tracks engineered to the home's architecture.
The fabrics tell the other half of the story: exclusive textiles imported from fabric houses across Europe and beyond, selected with the client and sewn in our own atelier by our five in-house seamstresses. One team measured, fabricated, programmed, and installed the entire estate, from the first spec to the final scene on the keypad.
