A private oceanfront mansion on Hillsboro Mile - the narrow strip of A1A where every room faces the Atlantic. Exotic supplied and installed Lutron Sivoia QS wired shades throughout, all running on the home's Lutron HomeWorks QS system: Basketweave 90 in Bright White at every opening for one continuous look, glare control, and a clear view to the water.
The bedrooms sleep dark. The primary suite pairs its Basketweave solar layer with a Luna White blackout in the same opening - view by day, true dark at night - and the second bedroom runs Luna White on its own. Every shade is hard-wired: no batteries, no RF drop-outs, one press on the keypad and the whole room answers.
