Bright White and eight more, at 1% to 10%, up to 124 inches wide
Basketweave 90 is the workhorse of the Lutron screen line: a fiberglass and vinyl basketweave in nine colours (Bright White, Oyster, Oyster/Beige, Oyster/Pearl Grey, Beige, Beige/Pearl Grey, Pearl Grey, Charcoal, Charcoal/Grey, Charcoal/Chestnut), each at 1%, 3%, 5% and 10% openness, on rollers and tensioned shades up to 124 inches wide. It is seamable, railroadable and listed to NFPA 701, CA Title 19 and CAN/ULC-S109.
Basketweave 90 C is the commercial-grade version of the same weave in five colours and three openness factors. It adds NFPA 101 and ASTM E84 Class 1 listings and a stain-resistant finish, which is what a hotel, office or school specification usually asks for.
What Basketweave 90 does on your glass, and what it does not
Best use
Pick the colour for the building and the openness for the wall. Charcoal or Charcoal/Chestnut at 1% is the answer on west glass and in a room full of monitors, Oyster or Beige at 3% the everyday choice on the water, Bright White at 10% only where the glass is already shaded. Sloped glass takes the tensioned version of the same weave, so a stairwell matches the rooms around it.
Privacy
Bright White at 1% throws back 72% of the solar energy that hits it and reads as a flat pale panel from outside in daylight, which is real cover, at the cost of a slightly washed view out. Charcoal at 1% publishes 1% visible transmission and 4% reflectance, so the view is crisp and the cover from a facing tower is thinner. Once the lights are on, both give the room away.
Glare control
The tight end works. Charcoal, Charcoal/Grey and Charcoal/Chestnut at 1% publish 1% to 3% visible transmission, which keeps a television watchable through a Florida afternoon. Bright White at 10% publishes 25% and will not: expect a reflection on any screen in the room. Between them, 3% in a mid tone is the compromise most living rooms settle on. The sun disc still shows when it drops low.
Limitations
Basketweave 90 C stops at 5%, so a bright north room that wants a 10% weave comes from the standard range and gives up the NFPA 101 and ASTM E84 listings with it. Neither version darkens a room or hides one after dark. Acoustic performance is published as low as 0.05, so do not buy it to quiet a hard room; Sheerweave 4900 goes considerably higher.

One fabric, several openness factors. On Hillsboro Mile the ocean wall and the pool wall carry the tighter weaves and the shaded elevations the more open ones, and because the colour is the same the difference is invisible.
